RETURN & ORDER POLICY

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW UPFRONT

01    Returns

We hope you love every piece you order from ABW & CO. BRND — but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to submit a return request, including the day it was delivered.


Once your return is approved, your item(s) must be mailed back to us within 7 calendar days of your approval date, including the day of approval.


Any returns received outside of the allowed period will not be accepted and will be considered as a late return. Late returns may result in the item being rejected and sent back to you.


02    Store Credit Only — No Exchanges, No Refunds

All eligible returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Exchanges are not currently accepted. If you’d like a different item, simply return your eligible item through the returns portal and place a new order using your store credit.

  • Store credit is issued via email once your item is received, inspected and accepted. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after the parcel is delivered. Peak periods (launches, holidays): up to 14 business days
  • Store Credit can be used across the site or split across multiple orders where applicable
  • Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.


03  —  Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in how your order is packed and sent — but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us at  ABWCO.BRND@GMAIL.COM  within 5 calendar days of delivery, including the day it was delivered.

Your email must include:

 Your order number

 A clear description of the damage or defect

 Photo evidence showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will direct you on next steps to get this issue resolved. Claims submitted outside of the 5-day window will not be considered.

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this clause.

 

04 — How to Start a Return

We’ve made the return process simple—there’s no need to email us. You can start your return through our return portal.

Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive detailed instructions along with a return shipping label via email. Please ensure your return is shipped back to the address listed on the parcel shipment:

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit will only be issued after we have received and reviewed the returned garment.

 

05    Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Returned with original packaging
  • All swing tags, return tags, and hygiene stickers with do-not-remove ribbons/zip ties must be intact and untampered
  • Free of makeup, residue, fabric scents, perfumes, or any similar product
  • Free of damage, including damage caused when trying on or from alterations


If it is evident that a returned item does not meet the above conditions, ABW & Co. BRND reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct the necessary value for cleaning, repair, or restocking from your store credit.


06 —  Sale, Final Sale & Sample Sale

Sale, final sale and sample sale items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable — no exceptions.


07    Refused & Undeliverable Orders

Packages that are refused or returned to us due to unpaid taxes, failed delivery attempts, or any other reason will incur return shipping fees and/or taxes and restocking fees. These will be deducted from any store credit issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


08    Fraudulent & Unsolicited Returns

ABW & CO.BRND reserves the right to refuse any return believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently, or with the intent to cause loss, damage, or copyright harm to the brand. In the event of continuous or excessive returns, refusal of future returns will be considered.


Returns sent back to us without a submitted request through the portal will be strictly rejected and returned to sender.


09 —  Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us first — we’re always happy to help and will resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to respond to chargebacks with full supporting documentation when necessary.


10 —  Good to Know

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we’re unable to take responsibility for packages once confirmed as delivered.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.
  • This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply
